Serve the Greater Sacramento Region
Provide a rugby venue for youth and adults, girls, boys, men and women
Provide a rugby venue for upper level competition, locally in the United States and internationally
Provide camps, clinics, training for players coaches and officials
Generate opportunities for economic development in the region
